JUNE 10TH MEETING, 2015

 A good meeting with quite a few members missing, - we hope you are all well & will see you at future meetings.

Charity quilts will be looked after by Beverly Sweeney whilst Denise Holihan is recovering from surgery.

Opportunity quilt was shown to group, & has now gone to Rhonda for quilting.  We thank Rhonda for being willing to do this for us.

AQS show discussion.  I will be needing more help this show from members to assist in being supervisors of the volunteers.  Being able to let them know what we need them to do & put them in place & to trouble shoot.  Lauren did all day last year, & Denise & I did 1/2 days, so there were 2 of us on at all times.  Lauren & Denise are unable to commit this year, & we really need 2 people there at all times, half day at a time.  You must be able to talk to the groups & supervise.

QOV has a booth at the show this year, which is great.
