As Denise is preparing to relocate out of state, the membership list needs to be kept bu, - Betty Woj volunteered to do this. Thank you Betty.
Next meeting we will have a chair & program from the following trio: Debbie Minton, Sharon
Griffin & Linda Smalley.
Kathleen reported that she is still waiting for more info from AQS in regard to the show in Sept. The request for people to volunteer to hang quilts & tear down has been circulated from the VolunteerSpot. More to come: needs of hostesses for the lectures.
AQS no longer requires hostesses to keep an eye on the quilt displays, - a position that was difficult to fill with volunteers.
More batting needed for charity quilts. I will get some ordered, & when I am no longer here (due to relocation), Beverly Herron will look after this.
Hall keys: these are now with Vicky Kmet & Beverly Billingsley.
The blog will also need to be handed over. Suzan Dodd has volunteered to get information regarding a website, & will link the blog to that. She is also willing to continue the blog & photography during the meeting. Thank you Suzan.
Kathleen McM: Medallion Quilt. This is month #3: Do your own thing. Month 4 & 5 will continue.
Ronald McDonald Charity quilts: Gayle will continue to collect these at meeting & deliver them.

AFTER THAT IS WAS OUR PICNIC LUNCHEON. Lots of yummy food & socialization.
